What types of draining paving stones are there?

How is it installed?
It is advisable to place the porous paving stones on a permeable base if the intention is for the water to filter into the subsoil. If the intention is for it to be directed to an evacuation zone, it must be done on a slope. It will be important not to seal it.
This type of paving stones is highly recommended in pedestrian areas, garden areas, even open car parks. We can take advantage of the water by reusing it or redirecting it to garden areas for irrigation, turning this pavement into an element that favors sustainability and the environment.
It must be taken into account that a geotextile fabric must be placed on the upper part of the gravel layer in order to prevent erosion and prevent soil particles from obstructing the drainage system. At the time of filling joints, it must be done with very fine sand that allows, in addition to keeping the paving stones in their correct place, the water to flow in front of the joints.
The Eco paving stones
